This interactive experience not only enhances personal achievements but also empowers you to bolster the growth of your peers and the wider scientific community. The confidence and skill set you develop here are instrumental in solidifying your influence in any professional setting.

Are you passionate about making chromatography more sustainable? Joining our organizing committee offers the opportunity to spearhead initiatives that push for sustainability and innovation in chromatography. Your extensive experience becomes a beacon for emerging scientists as you mentor them, sharing insights that only seasoned professionals can provide. Contributing your leadership in targeted strategies and to help develop junior peers shapes the future of our society and ensures the sustainable advancement of chromatography techniques, which lays down a legacy reflecting your commitment to science and our planet.

The organizing committee is also the perfect platform for you to remain at the cutting edge of chromatography advancements, regardless of your career stage. You will actively engage with cutting-edge research developments to evaluate leaders in the field for awarding medals, ensuring your knowledge and contributions continue to influence separation science. This engagement fosters personal and professional growth, offering a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment as you contribute to the advancement of science and technology within chromatography. Royal Society of Chemistry and other societies encourage early career scientists to build a portfolio of continuing professional development (CPD) experiences that evidences your growth as a scientist.

This portfolio can be used to gain a professional award, such as registered or chartered chemist/scientist. The ChromSoc support partner societies such as RSC, and will provide CPD recognition for presentations, networking, course/tutorial attendance and conference attendance where required.

Please get in touch if you are interested in Society CPD opportunities. For more information on professional recognition, please visit the Royal Society of Chemistry webpages (www.rsc.org).
